This is a quick and easy tut
Open a new image 500 x 500 flood fill white
Choose a paper from your kit (I choosed BVS Easter paper06) copy and paste onto your white background
go layers / new mask laters / from image
and apply the mask (WSL_mask259) /delete the mask layer and merge group.

in center of canvass - resize by 85

Add your main tube of choice add drop shadow
Add elements of choice from the kit and resize position add drop shadow
Add your name - add a drop shadow
Add copyright info - merge all layers save as jpeg.
